Laser Components社製パルスレーザーダイオード マルチジャンクションタイプはピークパワーは最大 70 W パルス幅 150 ns のパルスが、シングルチップのパルスレーザーダイオードより得られます。
70 W 出力のモデルは３層のエミッティングエリアを一つのLDチップ内に生成しそのサイズはわずかy 235 x 10 µmです。その他２つのモデルは、出力 25 W アクティブエリア 85 x 10 µm、出力 50 W アクティブエリア 160 x 10 µmです。小さなエリアから出力されたビームは、ファイバーカップリングや、マイクロオプティクスとの組み合わせを容易にいたします。
